OUR FOOD & BEVERAGES
Our beverages are available in individual and group servings. Catering orders come with all necessary plates, cups, utensils, napkins, serving utensils, and condiments.

ORDERING
Your Radisson Catering Sales Manager is ready to help you make your menu selections and determine the appropriate quantities. While we request 48 hours notice for all catering orders, we can cater to your last-minute needs. Please contact your Radisson Catering Sales Manager to determine production and delivery availability.

DELIVERY
Our minimum delivery order is $100. There is a 15% service charge on all delivered orders, and applicable Michigan sales tax. Service charges are waived on pick-up orders. Our catering attendants will unpack and set up your orders at your request. Delivery times will vary depending on distance and daily demands; placing your order in advance will help ensure your preferred delivery time.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% charge.

PAYMENT
Radisson Catering accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and the Discover Card. Please ask a catering representative about our house accounts.
