Terms and Conditions

Service Charges
Radisson Catering can provide you with two types of service. Our drop off service includes the delivery and set up of food and beverage to your location for a 15% service charge. Our full service catering includes the delivery, set up and service staff for your event. In addition, we will provide any tables, chairs, linens and china you may need. Full service events are assessed a 20% service charge.

Delivery Fee
Any order placed outside of a 30 mile radius of the hotel will be assessed a $50 fee.

Minimum Guarantees
Groups shall submit minimum guarantees for all food and beverage functions to the catering manager at least three business days prior to the function unless already discussed with the catering manager. If no minimum guarantee is received in time, the catering manager shall use the most recent guest count provided as the guarantee. Charges shall be based upon the greater of the guarantee or the actual number of guests served.

Taxes
Taxes will be applied as required by law. Tax exempt organizations will be required to submit a copy of their exemption prior to the date of the event.

Billing
Billing shall be determined when order is placed.

Ordering Process
Please contact one of our Food and Beverage Sales Managers to place your catering order. Once an order has been placed, an event order will be created. A Catering Manager will then email or fax the event order for your review. At this time, please confirm all information, sign the event order and return to the Catering Manager. Without receiving a signature, details are not guaranteed.

Alcoholic Beverages
By Law, Radisson Catering is only permitted to sell wine and beer only off premise. Any alcohol purchased by the client cannot be returned. Radisson Catering will supply a bartender at a $75 per bartender. It is recommended that you have one bartender per 100 guests.

Rental Fees
In the case Radisson Catering must make any arrangements for rented items or equipment, those charges will be passed onto the client.
